About Hiblendr

Where is Hiblendr based, and where do you ship from?

Hiblendr Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian brand headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. Online orders ship from our warehouse in Malaysia. You can also find us in Watsons stores nationwide and at our retail location in Sunway Pyramid.

Is Hiblendr an award-winning brand?

Yes. The Juice Cup Ultra (3rd Gen) received the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2025, and Hiblendr has served over 60,000 customers since 2020.

Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours. West Malaysia orders usually arrive 2–5 business days after fulfilment; East Malaysia may take slightly longer. Shipping is free on every order. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 business days, check your tracking link and contact us.

Which days do you ship?

Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an order confirmation by email, then a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel is packed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, or contact us.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but orders are processed quickly so we can't guarantee a change once the parcel has left.

Can I pay by instalment?

Yes. Buy-now-pay-later instalments are available at checkout, with no extra cost to you. Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

Juice Cup Ultra (3rd Gen)

Does the Juice Cup Ultra blend ice and frozen fruit?

Yes. The 240W UltraSpin™ motor and BlastBlades™ crush ice cubes and frozen fruit. Add enough liquid (water or milk) to cover the contents and keep ice or frozen fruit pieces small.

How many blends do I get per charge?

Up to 20 blends on a full charge of the 2×2000 mAh battery. Tougher blends such as ice and frozen fruit use more power. A full charge takes around 2–2.5 hours.

Is the Juice Cup Ultra waterproof?

The body is IPX6 rated, so you can rinse the whole blender under running water. Don't soak or submerge it.

How do I clean it?

Use the self-clean: add water and a drop of dish soap, double-press the button, then rinse with plain water. Clean within 30 minutes of blending to avoid stains, and let the cup and lid dry before closing. Hand-wash only. Our HiBrush 3-in-1 kit reaches under the blades.

Can I bring it on a plane?

Yes. It contains a lithium battery, so pack it in your carry-on rather than checked luggage, and travel with the cup empty and dry.

What is the capacity?

500 ml. For bigger batches, the HiJug Max 2L jug is lid-compatible with the Juice Cup Ultra blender base.

How should I store it?

Store it in a cupboard like any other cup, with the lid loose so moisture can evaporate. Keep it away from the fridge, freezer, stove and microwave.

Heypresso 2.0 portable espresso machine

Does Heypresso 2.0 heat its own water?

Yes. Heypresso 2.0 heats water to 92°C in about 300 seconds, so you don't need a kettle. If you already have hot water, you can pour it in and brew straight away.

What coffee can I use?

Nespresso Original pods, Starbucks capsules, large capsules and up to 16 g of ground coffee. It is not compatible with Nespresso Vertuo capsules.

How many shots per charge?

It depends on the water you start with. Heating from room-temperature water, a full charge of the 7,500 mAh battery makes about 3–5 shots. Using pre-boiled water, it makes 50+ shots. Brewing pressure is up to 20 bar.

HiSip and HiJug Max bottles

How long does HiSip keep drinks cold?

Up to 24 hours. HiSip is a double-wall insulated stainless steel bottle (770 ml, 395 g) with a one-push straw spout and leak-proof lid.

Is HiSip dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand-washing the bottle, lid and straw, and drying every part before closing it. Our guide on cleaning an insulated bottle is in the Blog.

Does the HiJug Max fit the Juice Cup Ultra?

Yes. Swap the lid and the 2L HiJug Max becomes a blend-and-go jug for the Juice Cup Ultra base.

Warranty and returns

What warranty do I get?

Every Juice Cup Ultra and Heypresso 2.0 bought from hiblendr.com.my or our official Shopee, Lazada and Zalora stores comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering motor, battery and sensor faults. Extend it with HiblendrCare+ or HeypressoCare+. Full terms on the Warranty page.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Use the Contact Us form or email hiblendr@gmail.com with clear photos or a video of the fault and your order number.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 30 days with photos. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced.
