Where are you based? Where do you ship from?
We have operation team in both United Kingdom and Malaysia. We have warehouses across Asia to fulfill international orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Every order take 24-48 hours to be processed and to be fulfilled.
For customers within Malaysia, we have a warehouse in Malaysia. West Malaysia orders should arrive within 2-4 business days after fulfillment (East Malaysia may takes longer). If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you’re blending in no time!
For customers within United Kingdom, your order should arrive within 9-14 business days after fulfillment. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you’re blending in no time!
For customers within Singapore, your order should arrive within 6-8 business days after fulfillment. If you do not receive your order within 9 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you’re blending in no time!
For other international orders. The delivery time will vary depending on location. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country’s customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer. If it’s been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.
Which days do you ship?
We ship orders on Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to change it for you, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Can I fly with my HiBlendr’s Juice Cup Pro?
Yes! We recommend that you bring your Juice Cup Pro in your checked bag without any liquid inside. Many folks bring it in their carry-on, but in some rare cases the TSA may not allow it.
How do I properly store my HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro?
Your Juice Cup Pro can be stored in a cupboard, as you would any other cup or protein shaker. We recommend keeping the lid loose rather than tightly closed, to allow any excess water to evaporate.
How do I clean my HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro?
We recommend after each use to blend water with a drop of soap to clean your Juice Cup Pro. Rinse with plain water, and you’re ready to go again.
How many ml/ounces does my HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro hold?
Your HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro is designed to hold 350ml (12 fluid ounces). Through extensive user testing, we determined this to be the ideal size for convenience and portability.
How much does my HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro weigh?
Your HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro weighs 472g/1.04lb, so it’s light enough to toss in your bag and go!
Is the HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro comes with a warranty?
Your HiBlendr Juice Cup Pro comes with a 30-day warranty against product defects or malfunctions. Note that HiBlendr only warrants defects or malfunctions to blender motor and excludes damage from use such as towards straps, logo decal and cup.
